I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated the personal time you took to assist me and my staff over the past several months. Your assistance was invaluable in helping us to understand your entire range of products and how to get the most from them.
I'll admit our President was very skeptical about using your system and it took a little convincing. The company had already spent several thousand dollars developing a lengthy interviewing procedure that was difficult to use, time consuming, and inconsistent. We had to go to great lengths to demonstrate the old system's shortcomings and convince the President to give your system a try. Although it took a few months to convince her, the results were impressive and your system proved itself.
The Profile Personality Inventory is especially a Godsend. The Profile has become the essential first step in my interviewing and hiring process. It has cut my interviewing time by at least 40% and saved our company thousands in lost revenue due to unproductive interviews and premature staff turnover.
Since we use a multi-staff interviewing process, I have had a chance to get feedback from other team members. We all agree that the customized Profile questions generated from the candidate's responses have been 100% on target, and helped us to focus on strengths and weaknesses we probably would not have seen during a traditional "one size fits all" interview.
I can no longer imagine doing an interview or hiring someone without first administering The Profile. We are very satisfied, and I expect to introduce your other products into our employee coaching and mentoring process later this year.
